Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, for unopened orders which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return as long as it's unopened.

We can't refund part of an order

What this means if you've ordered 4 products from our site and want to keep 3 and return one item, unfortunately due to reasons outside of our hands we won't be able to issue you a return. You'd need to refuse accepting the entire order and reorder what you need from the website. 

-If the cost of the return is for personal reasons and not due to a defective product. Then you'll only be eligible for:

  • Discount code
  • Gift Cards

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We'll also take returns as a case by case situation and after the case goes through an entire inspection we'll let you know if you qualify to get a return or not. 

To start a return, you can contact us at inquiries@organicblossomco.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please keep in mind that each order is custom made for each individual, therefore inspecting and accepting the products are mainly accepted due to a defect caused from our side. 

Refund process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If the refund is approved, and since our payment method currently is cash on delivery, you will be asked by the responsible team to provide us with a bank account number where the refunded amount will be deposited and you will receive the confirmation once it is done. If this is not applicable, you will have to inform our representative to offer you an alternative method. This process may take up to one week.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
